SHORT HILLS, N.J. (July 12, 2012) – Investors Bank has announced the appointment of Joseph F. Stefans to the role of Director of Business Development. Mr. Stefans is a seasoned private banker and wealth manager who will
work to expand the Bank’s customer base in numerous areas, including business and personal lending, asset
management, and financial products and services.

Mr. Stefans’ career spans over 30 years in finance, investing, capital management and lending. Most recently,
he served as Director of Private Banking for Citi Private Bank, where he facilitated the management of several
million dollars in assets and developed strategies and business plans to attract and attain a high net-worth client
