Morris Educational Foundation - A Great Opportunity
The Morris Educational Foundation (MEF) is a non profit organization dedicated to providing financial and other resources to and for the Morris School District for enrichment programs and other projects aimed at enhancing the quality of education and educational opportunities for students and families in the district.
We are currently seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Development and Administrative Coordinator to provide support for all functions of the organization. A focus on fundraising activities will be a component of the position. He/She will serve as a representative of the Foundation, promoting the Foundation’s mission within the community and school district.
Qualified candidates or this part-time position must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nonprofit Development, Sales and Marketing; professional fundraising experience, understanding of the education system and the Morris School District; outstanding skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Database Administration (currently GiftWorks); and a minimum of three years work experience in an administrative function.
