Blowout Salon is officially open for business.
From a visit Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty, to the ribbon cutting ceremony to champagne, strawberries and finger foods, the grand opening brought together friends, family and many potential and existing clients of Jackie Cicala and Bryan Hildebrand.
Blowout Salon, at 10 Cattano Ave., specializes in hair, color and airbrush HD makeup for those on the go, starting at 7 a.m., with late hours on Thursday and Friday.
