The second annual Music Without Borders series kicked off on The Green Wednesday with Chia's Dance Party, a NYC-based, Colombian rhythmic group.
The series, also featuring the sounds of India, China and the Balkans, runs every other Wednesday through Aug. 3.The free concerts, organized by the Mayo Performing Arts Center and the Arts Council of the Morris Area, and sponsored by Novartis, begin at noon and end at 1:30 pm.
