Cops: Masked Men Robbed Kings Supermarket
Two men took approximately $1,000 from the store Sunday night, police said.
Two unarmed men wearing dark clothing and ski masks pushed a store employee and robbed the Kings Supermarket of less than $1,000 late Sunday night, Morristown Police said.
According to a statement issued Monday by Morristown Police Capt. Steven Sarinelli, the robbery occurred at approximately 9:45 p.m. The supermarket closes at 10 p.m. on Sundays.
According to employee accounts, a newer model black or dark-colored Jeep Cherokee pulled in front of the main entrance to the store, police said. Two passengers then exited the vehicle wearing long sleeves, dark clothing, ski masks and entered the store, according to Sarinelli's release.
Once inside, both males jumped over the customer service counter, police said. They encountered an employee who was pushed to the side, while they went through the cash drawers, police said. The men then advised the employees they were being robbed, according to police.
The two men then exited the store and fled in the vehicle that was parked in the front waiting for them, according to police.
Employee accounts indicated there were two other people inside the Jeep while the two went inside the store. The two inside the Jeep were described as black males, police said.
No weapons were displayed during the incident, according to the witnesses and no one was injured.
Less than $1,000 in cash was taken, according to police.

Dougherty will probably blame this on Hispanics. This will be his next reason to knock down more Hispanic housing and put in apartments for white people.

Well, no offense... who causes most of the crimes in the area (shooting guns off in the cemetery, robbing females by knife point, fighting behind staples)! Read the paper!!! It's all the people from the lower income sections or the section 8 housing in the "otherside of the tracks' area of town. I think Dougherty is trying to make Morristown nicer and less crime ridden. People who buy or rent luxury apartments are less likely to be arrested than Section 8 housing people. Its a fact.

Yea hernando, and the majority of the "hispanic houses" in town contain dozens of people stacked ILLEGALLY (in case you weren't aware, you can't have dozens of people crammed into a single household) and the majority of them are ilkely illegal aliens. If people aren't in this country ILLEGALLY, and if they don't ILLEGALLY live in stacked housing, they have nothing to worry about. People are fed up with hispanics playing the race card at the drop of the hat. And as much as you may not like it, as Chris says a disproportionate number of violent crimes in Morristown are committed by hispanics. Many of them are illegals. You want data? Probably not, because you can't argue with facts and you are more interested in blindly defending your ethnicity without any facts to back it up.
People are fed up with the illegals infesting the town, sinking the quality of life. Speedwell has been a blight on Morristown for years, and most of us will be glad to see it cleaned up. And to clue you in further, there will be low income housing built as part of the redevelopment project. So your argument that all of these people will be displaced is ridiculous. They will just have to live in legally, unstacked environments. But I guess it is their "right" to live in stacked housing, just as hispanics claim it is their "right" to enter the U.S. illegally and demand citizenship.
Thankfully peoples' tolerance for this nonsense is just about exhausted.

I went into the store there just 20 minutes before this happened and I got robbed when I paid $8.59 for a gallon of organic whole milk for my little boy. I would never go there but we were out of milk and it was late on a Sunday. We usually buy a gallon of organic milk at WHOLE FOODS OR TRADER JOE'S where it cost $5.99.

Exactly what about Chris's comments are "racist?" The fact that he points out that people of a certain ethnicity commit a large percentage of violent crimes in town? That is a fact, but of course in our politically correct society these days we can't state facts without being labeled "racist."
Would you like some crime data to support the fact Chris brings up? I guess the data is "racist" so it won't mean anything to you.
