Did Negative Feedback Contribute to 'Snooki & JWoww' Reversal?
Do you think it played a significant role in 495 Productions' decision Thursday to back out of planned filming in Morristown?
So, that's done.
With a week before filming was expected to begin in Morristown on the "Snooki & JWoww" Reality television program, the production company manning the project let the town know they were pulling out.
The reason, according to 495 Productions manager Jordan Nefouse, was "due to the proximity of the show, we’re looking into other locations in other areas," he told Morristown Patch Thursday morning.
When asked if the overwhelming negative feedback received following last month's announcement of the filming had any impact on the decision, Nefouse demurred, saying, "I can’t really comment on any of these things because of the integrity of the show."
What do you think? Did the negative feedback–including a petition to keep "Snooki" and "JWoww" from filming their show in Morristown–play a sizeable role in the reverse of course? Chime in below.

The "integrity of the show." Now that's rich.

I don't believe citizen dissatisfaction had anything to do with it. In fact, citizen dissatisfaction would have provided the narrative MTV was looking for. If anything, production costs would have been too much.
