Sorry, 40 Park, you're not the only pricey property anymore.
It's time for interested parties interested in those new Macculloch Avenue/Maple Avenue townhouse properties to break out their wallets. Actually, if you were interested based on the advertised price at the Maple Avenue entrance to "Morristown Square," you may need to open those wallets a little wider. While those advertisements had noted prices began in the mid-600's, those listed this weekend are closer to the mid-700's, with one even approaching $1 million.
Morristown, it's where a lot of people want to be.
