Is it the fading light in the sky, or the headlights countering that fading light to find their way home? Or, is it both?

Is it the chill of impending winter? Or, "fall back" that brings a certain late afternoon glow to the skies above Morristown? Is it, perhaps, the combination of coming night at precisely the right time as more and more cars flick on their headlights and head home? It must be that.
