We didn't realize that when, on Tuesday, we posted an article noting five places besides Don's where we've gone for burgers, that people would be as passionate as they were when it came to our choices.
Why didn't we mention Tashmoo? Why didn't we mention Grasshopper off the Green? Urban Table? Several, both here and on our Facebook page, decried our lack of mention of Arthur's Tavern, which apparently has a great burger. That may be the case, but as you may or may not know, Arthur's is in Morris Plains, and we must draw the line somewhere.
So, today, we're leaving this debate in your hands: Who, do you think, has the best burger in Morristown? Is it the newly-opened Don's Burgers, Fries and Fountain? The Office? The Famished Frog? Morristown Diner? Apparently, even Cappia Cafe, known for its Italian fare, has a great burger (this, according to one of the owners, so we must take with a grain of salt. Their dinners, however, were splendid).
We're not including a poll on this one, since there are plenty of places not known for burgers that might offer one, and a really good one at that. Besides leaving comments here, we invite you to visit that business' listing on this site and leave a review. Let us know why that burger is tops, and why people should head there as soon as possible.
And, hey, businesses, we want to hear from you, as well. If you didn't already know, you can "claim" your listing for free on this site, giving you the ability to manage and maintain information about your restaurant that you want our readers (and your customers) to know. Click this link.

Who cares about the burgers. Who has the best french fries? That's what I want to know.

Hands down, Cappia Cafe. They don't come close to being a healthy option (what fries do), but they are incredible. Seriously, try some. Get a burgerwhile you're at it. You won't be disappointed.

Without a doubt, The Dublin Pub has the finest burger in town.

I would probably have to go with Sebastian's, it's on the pricey side but well worth it. Still eager to give Don's a go, some of the old-timers were reminiscing about the one in Livingston in the 80's, so I'll make my way there when they work out the kinks and slow down a bit.
