Is there an honest Real Estate Agency out here that isn't trying to nickel and dime you on ancillary services by steering you to there mortgage company, lawyer or home inspector? Every time I hear about a "marketing arrangement" I want to scream and walk out, I just want an agency that has my best interests in mind, not seeing how many different ways they can fleece me. For sale by owner is the way to go............
