Jersey Club Sports Crowns Its First Floor Hockey Champion!
Jersey Club Sports wrapped up its inagural Floor Hockey league on Tuesday night in Morristown!
Outdoor Floor Hockey played on an outdoor hockey rinks was added to Jersey Club Sports long list of sports leagues this Summer. The league proved to be one of the most challenging leagues offered yet! If you are looking for a workout then this is the league to join!
The championship game between Gavone Hockey and NY Jets was a great game between two of the best teams in the league. The NY Jets had a perfect regular season and Gavone Hockey had one loss. In a regular season match up the Jets slaughtered Gavone Hockey 7-1 but the second match up had a different outcome.
Gavone Hockey beat the Jets 3-1 to capture the first floor hockey championship!

First of all, the Jets showed up with 13 players when 9 have been on the roster all year. A lot ofgoodthat did. Secondly, they are lucky the gavones aren't playing in the fall league because those punks would be le standing with as many teeth as they have championships: zero.
Maybe instead of running up the score on the bottom teams in the league, they should have saved some of those goals for the playoffs. Go figure, a gutless performance by the Jets. It goes for JCS hockey the same way it goes for the NFL team they work for. Good luck in the fall...I think that league is more your speed.

We (the Jets) had 4 players that registered late and paid the full rate to play. Deb at Jersey Sports allowed it and you can check with her on that one. We also played with 2 females on the court each and every game, unlike most teams. We were missing best player in playoffs but Gavones played better and deserved to win.
