Million Dollar Listings: The Priciest Properties of Morristown

Isn’t it fun to at least look? 

While we can’t all afford a million dollar pad, it is always fun to dream BIG and think for a minute... what if?  With that in mind, I bring to you the three most expensive active listings in Morristown from the Garden State Multiple Listing service.

Kicking off our top three list of most expensive homes is 77 Miller Road located in Morristown’s historic district.  Offered at $1,775,000, this turn-of-the-century colonial home offers eight bedroom with four full and two half bathrooms with screened porch, deck and two-car garage that were recently added.   A virtual tour of the home is available here

The second most expensive property, located in the Washington Headquarters section of Morristown is 66 Morris Avenue coming in at a list price of $1,795,000.  This late 1800s Victorian home is complete with seven bedrooms and five full and one half bath.  The property offers large porches that overlook the more than one-acre property that also includes a barn.  The home includes A virtual tour with floor plan is available here

Topping the list as the most expensive listing in Morristown is a luxury penthouse #705 on seventh floor of 40 Park.  Listed for $1,995,000, this 2,710-square-foot penthouse offer breathtaking views of the Morristown Green.  This two bedroom and three bathroom unit comes complete with a huge balcony and the amenities of the building that includes a billiards room, club house, exercise room and kitchen facilities.  Full slide show of images and more details available here.

I'm not sure if it's appropriate to describe these properties without mentioning the names of the agents who have listed them. I consider PATCH to be a newspaper, not a business website. At any rate, the home at 69 Morris Ave is incorrectly noted as #66.
