Morristown Real Estate Update - July 2012
We are starting to see an interesting shifting trend when it comes to the real estate market in Morristown and the greater Morristown area.
Compared to a year ago, sales are up 125%, inventories have shrunk and absorption rates reveal signs of a sellers market.
Will this trend continue?... only time will tell.
