GIVE UP your usual fitness regimen one day a week and learn to skate!

You'll be invigorated as you learn to soar around the ice, strengthening your core, legs, posture, heart and mind.  Skating engages everything as you learn beautiful combinations of skating moves.

You'll be coached by 2 time Olympian, JoJo Starbuck, who has taught adult recreational skaters, both new and those returning to the ice, the joy of skating for 20 over years.
