Vinyasa Core Fit
With a focus on the core, the poses in this class focus on strengthening the muscles around the abdomen, while maintaining a steady deep breath. We will focus on strength training using the body weight in various muscle-toning poses.
All classes are mixed level and beginner friendly.

Be Well is a health wellness center that aims to provide a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to help clients improve their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. It provides a variety of services and resources including psychotherapy, yoga, nutrition counseling and education classes. The center's team is made of trained professional psychologists, yoga instructors and dietitians. All yoga classes are beginner friendly and students can register for them on the website. Appointments for other services can also be booked online.
