What is going on in Morristown?
What is "really"going on?
Do you know?
Do you care?
Does it matter?
Who's watching?
Who is in charge?

Building and development. By whom, and for who?
Who benefits? Are property taxes going down?
Where is all of the property tax money$$$$ going?
How many lawsuits by town employees, are there right now?
 Who will pay?
Why so many?
What is happening in town hall?

July 2013. The Yankees and Mets are both well out of first place! But the town of Morristown, is in first!  We experience the highest property taxes in Morris County!
We see lots of people here. Using the banks ,going to the bars, attending events, parking cars. How much does all of this activity benefit the Morristown taxpayer?
The assumption is that  residents would have lower taxes from wide activity. But every year taxes increase. More tax payer money is spent, and more money is borrowed. It seems to be ok. Ok until you see the tax bill. Way too much!
What is being done to help the taxpayers?
So far we see a mostly rubber stamp  town council, favoring the administration.
They don't seem to question too much. Everything is fine with them.
That is good for them and their pocketbooks ,but not for the taxpayers.
The residents are losing. Losing more money....and freedom.   Tax payers no longer have a real voice against the injustice of high taxes. Just silence! All glad handing! More for them! Happy days!!
The future? All will pay more unless good people wake up and change this system.
It can be done. But will people stand up?

Its not too late. But the bill is adding up! Other towns have leaders who fight for them. What happened in Morristown? Seems to be only followers. Afraid of speaking out. Afraid of telling the truth.
Morristown is in first place for property taxes, and residents who live in ignorance and fear.
Not a great example from of a place where the father  of our  great country once called his headquarters.
One day this will all change.
But not until "good' men and women wake up! Stand up!
