BYOB Delivery Service Opens in Morristown

Cambridge Wines celebrates grand opening with a ribbon cutting Wednesday.

Patrons frequenting Morristown’s many bring your own beer establishments now have another option to get the spirits to their table.

Cambridge Wines is a boutique wine shop that aims to improve the dining experience of Morristown’s restaurant patrons by offering wine and beer delivery service directly to the tables of the town’s many BYOB restaurants, as well as private residences.

Cambridge Wines will hold a celebration Wednesday that will include tastings with in-store sommelier and ribbon cutting with Morristown Mayor Timothy Dougherty. The shop also hosts in-store wine tastings frequently with its own sommelier and offers traveling services such as wine classes, cocktail parties, wine stations and wine dinners.

Festivities at Wednesday’s grand opening will include four wine-tasting stations, cooking demonstrations, Music by Gigi, and food catered by Godfather Brick Oven, a restaurant scheduled to open this fall right next door to Cambridge Wines.
