Illegal Parking in front of Starbucks

When are the police going to crack down on the illegal parking in front of Starbucks? There isn't a day that I go by there and see cars parked very near the corner where there is no parking. Sunday there were 3 motorcycles illegally parked there sticking out into the street. I have seen cars backing out of that space into the traffic from Market Street almost causing an accident. I am surprised that an accident has not already occurred. Does anyone else care about this?
