Local Officials Join Woodmont Properties at Ribbon Cutting for Woodmont Knolls at Hanover

FAIRFIELD, N.J. An enthusiastic crowd attended the ribbon cutting, which featured supportive remarks from Hanover Township Deputy Mayor John L. Ferramosca, along with key executives from Woodmont Properties, including Lewis Zlotnick, President; and Stephen Santola, Executive Vice President and General Counsel. 

Woodmont Properties broke ground on Woodmont Knolls at Hanover last fall, and has since transformed the 15-acre, former industrial site off Cedar Knolls Road into a vibrant community of 126 one- and two-bedroom flats and carriage homes.
