Morristown didn’t make the cut. You know, the town New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said is the best place in the state to visit during a business opening in March.

Yes, Trenton. Sure, it’s the state capitol. But it’s also the same city where New Jersey State Troopers were deployed in 2013 to help slow the increasing murder rate.

Movoto used eight different pieces of criterion to assemble its list, including nightlife per capita, live music venues per capita, arts and entertainment per capita, and percentage of young residents, just name a few.

So, did Morristown get snubbed on the list? Does it deserve to be one of the most exciting towns to visit in New Jersey? Let us know in the comments!
