On March 6 local community members of Morristown and surrounding towns will unite at a Kick Off Celebration to launch the 10th Anniversary Relay For Life season in Morristown!

Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature fundraising event in which participants celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer, remember those we have lost and fight back against the disease.  Money raised through Relay For Life stays in Northwest NJ to fund research, education, advocacy and patient services.  Since 1985 Relay For Life has grown to more than 5,000 communities and over 25 countries worldwide. The Relay For Life of Morristown has raised over $990,000.  Funds brought in through this year’s event will bring the total to over $1 million to go toward the American Cancer Society’s mission of helping people stay well, get well, find cures and fight back.
