Traffic Light Malfunction Slows James Street Traffic

The traffic light at the intersection of James Street and South Street has taken the afternoon off, according to the Morristown Police.

An unspecified malfunction has taken out the light and turn signal across from the old Calaloo Cafe. Police did not say the cause of the malfunction or how long repairs are expected to take, but this heavily traveled corridor between Morristown and Morris Township is always busy around rush hour.

Suffice it to say the traffic officer they assists in directing the traffic in and out of the Kings complex may have his hands full this afternoon and evening.
