Women’s Awareness Day is an annual event sponsored by Women’s Philanthropy of United Jewish Communities of MetroWest NJ, in support of the United Jewish Appeal Campaign. The event will include a kosher buffet breakfast for all attendees.

Our keynote speaker of the morning will be actress/poet/playwright Vanessa Hidary aka the Hebrew Mamita. From The Bronx to Tel Aviv, Vanessa can be found at High Schools, Universities, Poetry Lounges and Cultural Centers, performing and speaking about Jewish Identity, tackling stereotypes, and dissecting the complicated question of “What does Jewish look like to you? “
The event will be chaired by Marsha Hoch and Debbie Rovner.
A minimum gift of $180 (payable by December 31, 2011) to the United Jewish Appeal of MetroWest NJ enables you to attend this event.
