MHS Students Wow Audience at Morristown's Got Talent

Juniors took the first prize and a sophomore took the second prize.

Students from Morristown High School swept first and second place honors at the sixth annual Morristown's Got Talent competition Wednesday, according to NJ.com.

Juniors Katherine Merwin and Julia Cipriani won the first place prize at $1,000 for their rendition of "Love's Philosophy" with Merwin providing vocals and Cipriani on the keyboard.

Sophomore Jonathan Aloba won the $500 second place prize with a dance routine. Siblings Sofia, Arthur and Isabella Wawrzyniak sang Imelda May's "Proud and Humble" and won the $250 third place prize.
