MEMORIAL DAY PARADES:
When/Where: The Memorial Day festivities in Morris Plains start on Sat., May 28 with a 9 a.m. Memorial Day service at Robert’s Garden, located on the corner of Glenbrook Road and Mountain Way. The parade starts out from the Garden at about 9:30 a.m.
Why go: A pair of F-16C fighter jets are schedule to perform a fly-over of the festivities, which is expected to occur at about 10:30 a.m..

Morris Township Memorial Day Parade
When/Where: The parade date is Monday, May 31 at 10 a.m., beginning at the Township of Morris Municipal Building and continuing to the Morristown Green for a ceremony. Morris Township Mayor Scott Rosenbush and Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty both will speak.
Why go: For the service honoring those who served in our country’s wars.
