Cooking with Teens: An Apple A Day

Apples abound and we'll do oour best to sample them all.  We will be making our own applesauce, individual apple pies, a tart and a good old-fashioned apple brown betty.  This is a hands-on class appropriate for teens in grades 7 and up.
