Fairchild Fire Company Wetdown

The Fairchild Fire Company invites you to join us at our Company Wetdown. This is a celebration to commemorate the arrival of our new Fire Engine. Families and singles are welcome to this community event. We will have free food and soft drinks. There will be games for the kids. There will be entertainment, including performances by the Police Pipe and Drums of Morris County as well as music played by a disc jockey. Fire Companies from the surrounding areas are expected to attend. They will bring their own fire engines and help us anoint our new engine by spraying or “wetting” it down. This is a great event that does not happen very often.  The last time we had a wetdown at the Fairchild Fire Company was almost 10 years ago. Don't miss out on the fun!
