The Presbyterian Church in Morristown Welcomes New Senior Pastor

The Presbyterian Church in Morristown is excited to announce that Rev. Dr. David J. Smazik will join its pastoral staff as permanent Senior Pastor and Head of Staff as of November 24, 2010. On Sunday, December 5, Pastor Smazik will preach at both morning services (9:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.).  Everyone in the Morristown community is invited to meet Pastor Smazik as he leads worship at PCM for the first time, and welcome Pastor Smazik and his wife, Ann, during Fellowship Hour between services.

This is a bittersweet time of transition as we must say "farewell" to our interim senior pastor, Rev. Susan Dee Reisinger.  Pastor Reisinger has served PCM with her calm wisdom, steady leadership and joyful presence in the pulpit over the past year.  Please join us on November 14 as Pastor Reisinger leads worship at PCM for the last time at 9:15 and 11 a.m.  A reception in her honor will be held between services.
