Morristown Apartment Complex, Retail Space Sold For Reported $52 Million
Two-building property located on Cattano Avenue and Washington Street.
A downtown Morristown apartment building property was sold for a reported $52 million.
According to njbiz.com, the two-building site owned by Chicago-based AMLI Residential Properties LP, which includes 7,500 square-feet of retail space, was sold to an affiliate of Greystar Real Estate Partners LLC.
The property is home to 149 apartment units and built in 2002, the report said. The property is located at Cattano Avenue and Washington Street and is known as AMLI on the Plaza, the report said.
