Morristown Restaurant Week Kicks Off

Almost 50 businesses are participating from April 22 to 28.

Nearly 50 businesses have stepped up to participate in the 2013 Morristown Restaurant Week. Presented by Morristown Partnership with its partners The Star Ledger, Constellation Wines and Double Cross Vodka, Restaurant Week will be held from Monday, April 22 through Sunday, April 28.

From international flair to American classic, Morristown offers a variety of dining options for families, date nights, business occasions and more.

“After the success of our past three Restaurant Weeks, we’re pleased to offer the promotion again this year,” said Michael Fabrizio, Morristown Partnership Executive Director. “It is the perfect opportunity for our many visitors, commuters and residents to experience Morristown’s diverse and vibrant dining scene,” he adds.

Restaurant Week businesses will offer prix fixe menus for lunch and/or dinner, special promotions and drink specials by event partners in their establishments. Look for the 2013 Morristown Restaurant Week window decal and posters at participating businesses and ask for their Restaurant Week menu or special promotion.   During Restaurant Week, no tickets or special passes are required, but reservations are highly recommended.

“Morristown Partnership is happy to manage and promote 2013 Morristown Restaurant Week and we are pleased that so many of our newest places in town, as well as, our tried-and-true favorites are taking the opportunity to showcase their menus," says Jennifer Wehring, Morristown Partnership Director of Marketing. “We hope diners plan ahead! Visit your favorites and then try something new.”

"The Partnership included our studio to participate with a tie-in deal for the week. We are offering a discount to new clients so they can upgrade an ordinary date night to an evening of dinner and dancing at a cost of only $15 per person," said Christina Giacomo, Office Manager of FADS.

There are more than 40 unique cuisines to taste during 2013 Morristown Restaurant Week including Thailand, India, Columbia, Japan, Italy, Ireland, France, Jamaica, Afghanistan, Taiwan, Mexico, Greece, Persia, and, of course, America; something for every palate all located in downtown Morristown.
