A grand opening will come later, but for now, they're happy to open their doors to the public.

"We know our guests are going to love our food—it's authentic Mexican, tastes great and is good for you, made from the freshest all-natural ingredients. It's also important to us to be in a community that shares our vision of sustainability. Every day, the more people we meet, we know Morristown was the perfect choice for our flagship restaurant."
They launched The Taco Truck in 2009 and opened up its first brick and mortar in Hoboken in 2010.
After acquiring the space earlier this year, “we spent about eight months in design and construction and are excited to get it open and ready to go,” said Viola.
