New Morristown Business to Host First Tasting Event

Come by between 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and try out four of Cambridge Wines' Italian labels

Cambridge Wines opened last month at The Highlands at Morristown Station, next to the incoming restaurant, The Godfather.

Co-owners Anthony Dinelli, 24, originally from New York, and David Bernat, 22, who is from the Morristown area, are taking advantage of the "BYOB" nature of many Morristown restaurants. This high-end wine store offers craft beers, spirits, a delivery service to businesses and homes and a beer and wine club.

“We put in a 13-foot tasting bar,” said Bernat, adding that certain products can be tasted before purchasing. There will also be wine and whiskey tastings coming up, with the first one scheduled for Tuesday.
