Panera Coming to Morristown

Popular cafe chain, set to open in early fall in the Midtown Shopping Center, will occupy storefronts formerly occupied by Morris Pizzeria, Morristown Laundromat and what once was Star Music.

Those looking for more lunchtime options will have a new, familiar choice this fall, when Panera comes to Morristown.

The popular cafe chain is scheduled to open early this fall in the Midtown Shopping Center. It will occupy the storefronts formerly home to , and Star Music.

Morris Pizzeria moved four storefronts down six weeks ago. Morristown Laundromat has closed, while Star Music's store has been empty for some time.

Like the company's other locations, "it will have free wifi," said Marketing Manager Angie Greene-Hicks. "As always there will be the awesome menu items and pastries baked fresh daily."

Correction: In a previous version we incorrectly stated Morristown Laundromat had moved to Speedwell Avenue. The laundromat on Speedwell Avenue is owned by a different owner than the former Midtown Shopping Center laundromat that closed.
