Enjou Chocolat offers gourmet chocolates, gift baskets, corporate gifts, wedding and party favors as well as novelty and custom shaped chocolates. Enjou also has homemade ice cream and the world's best homemade hot fudge. Ice Cream is served from May 1 through September.

Why did you decide to open your business in Morristown?

When I was younger downtown Morristown was a destination and I would love it to be that way again with all the new construction I see that happening.

How did you get your start?

I love eating fine chocolate.  I used to be a pharmacist and the first thing I made in pharmacy school was chocolate syrup.  It was destiny that I became "the chocolate lady".

What is your mission/goal as a Morristown business owner?

Enjou is a fun and happy place where people can enjoy themselves and get delicious chocolate for themselves or purchase chocolate creations as gifts.
