Anyone near 40 Park and the Green recently may have noticed a sign of the times. Or, in this case, several.
The location for Starbucks, , recently unveiled its outdoor signs, in anticipation of reopening this month at the corner of the 40 Park luxury development.
Also recently, the former site "N' All That Jazz Cafe" finally has a new tenant. Signs for The Jury Box, a deli and coffee shop, is expected to open soon on the corner of Washington and Court streets, right near the (The Jury Box ... get it?).
