The mayor cut the ribbon on the new property, officially opening it to home buyers and guests who wish to tour the community’s brand new furnished model home. Although the ribbon cutting marked the official grand opening of the community, a number of the homes have already been sold at pre-construction prices. The opening of the model is expected to generate even more sales traffic, making Legacy of Mountain Lakes one of the hottest buying opportunities of the spring. The community of 39 three- and four-bedroom townhomes boasts ultra-luxurious finishes, spacious layouts and an ideal location in one of suburban Morris County’s most highly-desirable towns.
