After several weeks of packed-to-the-brim weekends, this one appears to be a bit lighter. We guess everyone is going to be on the Morristown Green for the Christmas Festival!

First Night 'Battle of the Bands' Pre-Event Performance
When/Where: Friday, 5:30 p.m. at Morristown Deli

'Spread the Merry for Kerry' Fundraiser
When/Where: Friday, 6 to 10 p.m. at Hennessey's Washington Bar, Morristown

Friday Night Skate
When/Where: Friday, 8 p.m. at Mennen Arena, Morris Township

Christmas Festival at the Morristown Green
When/Where: Every weekend until Christmas on the Green in Morristown
Why Go: You want to get into the holiday spirit with a visit to Santa's Workshop, by checking out ice sculpting and more

Cookie Walk

Miss Carol Family Holiday Storytime
When/Where: Saturday, 11 a.m. at the Madison Public Library
Why Go: You want to dance and sing with Miss Carol. And, your kids do, too!

'We Wish You a Thirteen Christmas'
When/Where: Saturday, 7 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church in Morristown
Why Go: Because it's the season for song

Thomas Nast's Historical Icons—Including Santa
When/Where: Sunday, 4:30 p.m. at Macculloch Hall Historical Museum, Morristown
