It's also the perfect day for "Week in Review," where we look back on some of the headline-making events that happened in Morristown over the past week. Also on Tuesday, in the Town Hall basement over the previous weekend, which resulted in nearly three feet of water filling up the basement. Despite that, everything was back in normal running order by the Tuesday council meeting.

On Saturday, it was Morristown Patch Editor birthday! Whoo hoo! Massive cause for celebration!

Also on Saturday, we reported on a 54-year-old Haledon man whose speeding car lost control of his car in Morristown overnight Friday into Saturday, sending the car airborn on the South Street Bridge over Route 287, killing the driver in the ensuing crash, the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said.
