Family Service of Morris Celebrates in Tropical Style

FSMC held annual Spring Gala in May.

recently held its annual Spring Ball, to raise funds for its programs. The press release is below:

Friends of Family Service of Morris County dressed in sunny island chic attire to dance and dine the night away on Saturday, May 14, at the 49th annual Spring Ball Island Paradise held at the . 

Surrounded by palm trees and parrots, guests enjoyed auctions, raffles and games that raised over $140,000. Thanks to the outpouring of community generosity, many of our struggling children, seniors and families will have sunnier lives with help from innovative FSMC programs that provide counseling, education, advocacy and support.

This year’s Spring Ball celebrated the contributions of outgoing FSMC Board of Managers President Joseph M. Longo of Longo Electrical-Mechanical, Inc. and his wife Pam. Both were presented with Community Partnership Awards for their long-standing commitment and guidance to Family Service of Morris County.

FSMC’s Island Paradise was sponsored by Nestle Infant Nutrition/Gerber, Chubb, Verizon, Wells Fargo Insurance Service, Normandy Real Estate Partners, Longo Electrical-Mechanical, Inc., PwC, C.R. Bard, Investors Savings Bank, Joseph & Madeline Longo and Pfizer.
