Homeless Solutions to Open Furnishing Solutions

recently renewed the lease for their Morristown-based headquarters. In addition, they have announced plans to open Furnishing Solutions, a retail store in Parsippany.

Homeless Solutions, Inc. recently completed to real estate transactions related to their new resale store and administrative staff facilities.  Tom Semler, principal ofCresa NJ – North/Central, negotiated a lease renewal for Homeless Solutions Inc.’s headquarters and administrative offices (3,800 SF) at 6 Dumont Place in Morristown. In addition, Semler represented Homeless Solutions Inc. in a 17,300 SF retail lease at Powder Mill Plaza West in Parsippany for a new Homeless Solutions venture – Furnishing Solutions, a home furnishings resale store.
