Lovin' the Earth a Second Time

County Earth Day Celebration, Town Wide Clean Up set for Saturday.

As we all know, Earth Day was last Friday. We reported on it here. But, like a good birthday, one is never enough. Which is why Morris County is hosting its own Earth Day celebration on Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Lewis Morris Park in Morris Township.

But, that's not all, as the planet (or, at least, Morristown) is getting a one-two punch of caring (that doesn't sound right) on Saturday, as the spring Town Wide Clean Up is set for 9 a.m., starting in the Town Hall parking lot. Come one, come all and help pretty up this place.

In honor of the Earth's second birthday celebration this year, we are going to list (again) some of own earthly endeavors that we have had over the last couple weeks.
