Beyer Fall Festival
When/Where: Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Beyer Ford, Chrysler and Jeep, 170 Ridgedale Ave.
Why Go: You want to "pick" some pumpkins (they're not actually still on their roots), pet an animal, have a Morristown Fire Department member grill you up something to munch or watch the "Rammunition" crush a car or two.

The Nature of Halloween
When/Where: Saturday, 3:15 to 5:30 p.m. at the Somerset County  Basking Ridge, for ages 3 to 6 with adult.
Why Go: Explorers will join a staff naturalist to stroll the boardwalk around the Environmental Education Center and meet life size misunderstood animals such as a bewitching bat, wise owl, and howling coyote.

'Celestial Music Concert'
