No Theme Monday: And, That's Today's Theme

Here are five things you just should know today.

We here at Morristown Patch like to keep things as fresh as possible, like sushi–the fresher, the better. Now, I'm hungry.

But, that will have to wait. And, while we are big fans of fresh, sometimes the facts alone are enough. Sometimes, we just want to let you know what's going on, and what you should keep on your radar.

Sometimes, we can't think of a theme. Hey, we're human.

  1. You Need to Know the Kleber Cordova Hearing Nears Conclusion: Cordova, , has been in the hearing process since last year. It is expected to wrap up soon, and is expected to meet in Judge Thomas V. Manahan's chambers at 9 a.m. today. But, call the courthouse first;
  2. You Need to Know About the Moms Council: At 8:30 a.m. every weekday, we present "Mom's Time," where we feature five mom (and Mr. Mom)-oriented featured, including , and more. Today, it's "," where we ask a question we hope will spark conversation in our motherly types out there. We are looking to continue to gain new members to the Moms Council, and so encourage you to not only chime in at 8:30 a.m., but also visit our Moms Council website, morrismoms.ning.com, and sign up to be included in the group!
  3. You Need to Know About the Morristown Parking Authority Meeting: Held at 7 p.m. at the , this is the meeting to go to if you want to discuss parking issues in town before they go before the Town Council. NOTE: This actually was last week! We made a mistake. Our apologies!
  4. You Need to Know About Game Night at Hennessey's: I know we advertise these a lot, but, to be honest, I have never gone to one of these game nights. I don't know, it seems like something you would want to go to with friends, and I have no friends.
  5. You Need to Know Today is a Washout: As if looking out your window wasn't enough of an indication. But, if you were having any thoughts that this week would mirror the late spring bliss that was late last week, well, sorry. However, it's currently expected to be in the 50s tomorrow, and sunny, before Wednesday comes in and reminds us that winter only officially ended a couple days ago.
