'Snooki & JWoww' Also Denied in Point Pleasant

After abandoning Morristown, 'Jersey Shore' spinoff gets thumbs down down the shore.

Snooki and JWoww just can't seem to catch a break.

A week after 495 Productions–the production company filming the second season of the "Jersey Shore" spinoff series, "Snooki & JWoww"–, the Point Pleasant Beach Borough Council voted unanimously to deny a filming permit, .

As had been the case in Morristown, 495 Productions had told Point Beach filming was scheduled to begin on or around Aug. 9 and run into October, and that the Reality TV stars Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jenni "JWoww" Farley would not be living in town, .

"I don't think we need that kind of attention right now or maybe ever," said Point Beach councilmember William Mayer, .

that 495 Productions had been denied permission to film at Farley's Toms River residence. The township did say, however, that there were no restrictions there as far as filming at commercial locations.
