The test I performed at Atlantic Sports Health, at 111 Madison Ave., is open to anyone. These are the folks who care for the health of the New York Jets (which will be obvious when you see the video). The tests, ranging from $200 to $300–with some health incentives available depending on your plan–gives a pretty good idea of what currently is being done, and what should be done as far as a fitness routine is concerned.

I have tried during the duration of "Patch Takes It Off" to emphasize that it's not about the number. It shouldn't be about the number, it should be about overall health. I still believe that. But, the number shouldn't be ignored completely, either. I learned that this week.
