What Did We Miss?

While we catch up on the last few days, let Morristown Patch Editor John Dunphy in on what you were paying attention to this past week.

Six days can be a lot of time in Morristown. We left the good-ship Morristown Patch on Oct. 12 (which was kept sailing true by Regional Editor Louis Hochman and Guest Editor Liz Alterman) and returned during the small hours of Tuesday, Oct. 18.

So, what did we miss? As we catch up with nearly a week's worth of news, chime in on what kept your attention in Morristown over the last several days.

As an old friend once remarked about the weeks before local elections, it's "Silly Season" again. Signs on lawns go up, they come down. Signs go up, people complain about them being on public property (not allowed), or the other candidate removing them. Not that local elections are silly, just that some of the last minute shenanigans surrounding them can get a little out of hand sometimes.
