planned to teach this class last year but Superstorm Sandy happened and we had
to cancel. We’re back and so are New Jersey cranberries, which are bountiful
this time of year and we make very good use of them in this cooking
demonstration. Explore some new recipes to add some sparkle to your holiday
table with this very versatile fruit grown in the cranberry bogs of South
