This Yoga class is perfect for you if you’re looking to reenergize mid-day or mid-week! This Power Lunch Yoga class is 45-minutes so you can get back to work in plenty of time and continue your day with more energy and balance.
This traditional Yoga class is open to all levels, including beginners. Modifications and variations of the poses (asanas) will be given for all students, even those with limitations or injuries. This Mixed-level Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga class will include Pranayamas (breathing techniques), Asanas (Poses), and Meditation/Relaxation. Hatha (sun and moon) is the union or balance of opposites. We will focus on the breath to calm the mind and body, in addition to proper alignment of the body. Coordinating the breath with physical movements builds a balance of the mind, body and heart. The pace or flow of this class will vary based on the students.
