Saturdays 930-1030am Open Flow Yoga focuses mainly on Asanas (postures) and breath work, with a meditative approach and spirituality. Asanas in Open Flow Yoga bring health and energy to body and mind. The more postures one can master, the better the basis for developing inner meditation techniques. Open Flow yoga combines a series of flowing postures with rhythmic breathing. This style of yoga has its roots in Hatha and Vinyasa. The flow is developed to build heat in the muscles. This helps the joints and muscles open while the breath work brings energy to the body and the mind. Open Flow style can be modified to the level of the student - all levels welcome!
