Join Amy Hamilton to learn yoga postures that bring ease of movement to the pelvis.  Opening tight hips helps create better posture, a more fluid range of motion when walking, and reduces low back pain.


No previous experience necessary.  All ages and fitness levels welcome.


Amy Hamilton is a certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor with over 30 years experience.  Her students are encouraged to explore deeply all aspects of yoga, develop a home practice, and are given instruction to avoid injury.  Her teaching offers a way to find alignment of the body and steadiness of the mind.
